What's New (15 May 2025)

Today we have rolled out a few bug fixes, and some new features.

Bug Fix:

  • Fix for Pool Vehicle Booking, where data did not display correctly when viewing previous days.

New Features:

Alert Names Added

Alert names have been added to the Alerts list, and alerts are now displayed in alphabetical order:

Asset Warnings

When creating an alert, Asset Warning State can now be turned on.

Asset Warning State will highlight any assets that have alerted recently, this will be displayed on the Sensium Connect+ home page:

And also on the Maps page, as a red background behind the assets name.

Selecting the '!' before the asset name, will open a popup that allow a user, that's responding to the alert, to add notes and clear the Warning State.

Once warning state is cleared, an email will be sent to all users that are subscribed to the alert, and the red highlighted background will be removed from any users that is viewing the Maps page

Satellite Data (Trackbox 4)

We have introduced Low-Res points to our platform, these points are used when displaying satellite data (SpaceX Direct to Cell), when a compatible device is out of standard telco coverage.

Currently, on SpaceX in New Zealand, the TRACKbox 4 will poll once every 15 minutes if there is a reason, such as panic, crash, rollover or a significant distance since the last location update (200 metres).

Low-res data is highlighted as a blue box surrounding the blue/green circle on the vehicle panel, and a blue square on the map. (images coming)

Selecting the blue square on the map will display additional information, such as location, time, and reason for the point.

TRACKbox 4

Support for our new TRACKbox 4 has been added.

Remote Duress Pendants

Support for LoRa Remote Duress Pendants added.

Greyed out Vehicle Access

If a device is 'off line' displaying the connection status as 'Not Connected', the vehicle access slider displays as

greyed out, and is disabled. This is to prevent confusion as the feature will not work if the device is not connected.
