Viewing the Map
To view the Map page, select 'Mapping' from the left hand menu or select the 'Mapping' button from the Home Screen.
Circle Meanings
In the list of assets shown on the mapping screen, the circle beside the name of the asset will change colours to denote different meanings. These are:
Blue - The vehicles ignition is presently off.
Blue with an arrow - The vehicles ignition is presently off, however it is moving, and the arrow indicates its heading.
Green - The vehicles ignition is presently on.
Green with an arrow - The assets ignition source is presently on, and it is moving, and the arrow indicates its heading.
Grey and with spinning white dots - The asset last polled in with an ignition on, however, the system has not received another update in approximately 15 minutes. This icon indicates that the system is expecting more data. If this icon stays for over a day, you should contact Support, as it can indicate that the unit requires attention. This icon will appear when a vehicle drives through cellular black spots.
Red with arrow - Vehicle is moving above 100km/h, and the arrow indicates its heading.
The above colours, with a blue square around it - This appears for specific units that are able to send low resolution satellite points. They are used to indicate the last location update came from a satellite data point. Satellite data points will arrive in real time, however low resolution points are only generated every fifteen minutes at present.
Vehicle Details
On the mapping screen, you can access additional asset details by clicking on an asset in the right hand side menu on the mapping screen. This will expand that specific asset, and provide two tabs, and upto two buttons. The tabs are Vehicle Info, and Device Info. The buttons are "History" and "Activity".
Vehicle Info:
The vehicle info shows the following live data:
IGN - A blue circle for Ignition off, and a green circle for Ignition on.
PTO - A blue circle for PTO off, and a green circle for PTO on.
Make - The make of the asset.
Model - The model of the asset.
Colour - The colour of the asset.
Rego - The registration label of the asset.
ODO: The odometer value for the asset, either the accumulated GPS odo if it has been set at a start distance from the asset details page, or if CAN data is available for odometer it will show the odometer from CANBus.
Ontime: The accumulated ontime, if a start point for OnTime has been set from the asset details page.
Temp: Temperature reading in degrees celsius if the unit is fitted with a temperature sensor.
Notes: The notes as provided in the asset notes field.
