Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password, or need to reset it for another reason without being able to enter your current password, proceed to the Sensium Connect+ login screen. Underneath the login button is the option "Forgot Password".

Resetting your password is only possible for Essentials or Professional accounts. To reset your password for Enterprise accounts, please speak with your IT Support.

Enter your email address used by your user, and then click Request. Proceed to follow the link to set a new password that is emailed to your email account.
