# Logging In For The First Time

This guide explains how to log in to Sensium Connect+ for the first time after your user account has been created.

Your system administrator or Sensium Support will create your user account and send you an invitation email to set your password.

#### 1. Account Setup

When your account is created, the following will occur:

* You will be added as a user to the Sensium Connect+ system
* An invitation email will be sent to your email address
* The email will contain a secure link to set your password

If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder, or contact your system administrator.

#### 2. Setting Your Password

To activate your account, you must set your password using the link in the invitation email.

Steps:

1. Open the invitation email
2. Click the password setup link
3. Enter your new password
4. Confirm the password
5. Save changes

Important:

* The invitation link will expire after a short period for security reasons
* If the link expires, use the Reset Password option on the login page

#### 3. Logging In to Sensium Connect+

Once your password has been set, you can log in to the system.

#### Step 1 — Open the Login Page

1. Open your web browser
2. Go to:

* Australian customers [www.sensium.com.au](http://www.sensium.com.au)
* New Zealand customers [www.sensium.nz](http://www.sensium.nz)

3. Click Login in the top-right corner
4. Select Sensium Connect+

#### Step 2 — Sign In

1. Select Continue with Email
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your password
4. Click Login

You will now be taken to the Sensium Connect+ dashboard.

#### Notes

* Your login is linked to your email address
* User permissions are controlled by your administrator
* If you cannot log in, contact your administrator or Sensium Support
