Sensium Connect Plus utilises WSS connections for sending data updates. This can sometimes be blocked in corporate networks as streaming is often not a requirement. The blocking of WSS is known to cause our mapping screen to not display any vehicle data, and for our Pool Vehicle Booking system to not load.

Your IT Support will need to allow WSS for the following domains:

connect.sensium.nz connect.sensium.net

If you are not a direct customer of Sensium, please contact your Connect Plus provider, and they will confirm the exact domains that require firewall allowances for WSS.
